All decisions, negotiations, and transactions are carried out exclusively between the parties concerned, without any involvement or responsibility from SAANLINK.
3. Free use for users
The use of the SAANLINK service is free of charge for users. No purchase, subscription, or contractual commitment is required.
4. Liability and limitation
SAANLINK does not guarantee the result, success, legality, or financial outcome of any project or transaction. SAANLINK cannot be held liable for decisions, negotiations, transactions, the conduct of professionals introduced, or any financial loss, damage, or dispute.

The use of SAANLINK does not create any contractual, agency, partnership, or mandate relationship. These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand.
