Terms of use
1. Nature of the service
SAANLINK is an independent business brokerage and business transfer intermediary based in Hua Hin, Thailand. SAANLINK connects business owners considering the sale or transfer of a business with potential buyers, entrepreneurs and investors. Its services may include qualification of buyers and sellers, preparation and presentation of opportunities, confidential introductions, communication and negotiation support, and coordination of the transaction process.
2. Role of SAANLINK and professional advice
SAANLINK acts as an intermediary and transaction facilitator. It may provide practical and commercial guidance in connection with the sale, acquisition or transfer of a business. SAANLINK does not replace qualified lawyers, accountants, tax advisers or other regulated professionals. Where specialist advice or services are required, the parties remain responsible for obtaining appropriate independent professional advice. SAANLINK may introduce or coordinate with trusted professional partners when appropriate.
3. Fees and commercial arrangements
SAANLINK may charge fees for its services under commercial terms agreed separately with the relevant client. Any applicable fees and payment conditions are communicated and agreed directly with the client concerned.
4. Information, due diligence and liability
Information relating to a business or transaction may be provided by sellers, buyers or third parties and is not necessarily independently verified by SAANLINK. Users must conduct their own due diligence and obtain appropriate professional advice before entering into any transaction. SAANLINK does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by third parties, the future performance or profitability of any business, or the completion or outcome of any transaction. Each party remains responsible for its own decisions and commitments.
5. Confidentiality and disclosure of information
Confidentiality is an essential part of the SAANLINK service. Certain business information may therefore be withheld, anonymised or disclosed progressively. SAANLINK may require buyer qualification and, where appropriate, a confidentiality undertaking before disclosing sensitive information such as the identity or exact location of a business, financial information or other confidential documentation. Confidential information will only be disclosed as appropriate for the transaction and subject to any applicable confidentiality arrangements.
6. Personal and business information
SAANLINK may collect contact details and information relating to a proposed sale, acquisition or investment, including information concerning the business, location, asking price or budget, objectives and timeframe. Such information may be used to evaluate enquiries, qualify parties, identify suitable opportunities, facilitate introductions and coordinate transactions. Where appropriate, relevant information may be shared with prospective transaction parties or professional advisers involved in the process. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Thai data protection requirements.
7. Geographic scope, governing law and contact
SAANLINK operates in Thailand, with a primary focus on Hua Hin and Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and may provide services in other locations. These Terms of Use are governed by Thai law. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the SAANLINK service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand.
